Returns

 We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be: 

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts included, if applicable

 Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

 For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Used plush toys, dolls, or stuffed animals
  • Used hats or wearable items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used electronic toys, unless defective

Refund Policy for Electronic Toys

 For electronic toys, returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original packaging, or if the item arrives defective or damaged.

 Please contact us before returning any electronic toy. We may request photos, videos, or a description of the issue to help us process your request.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

 If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Exchanges
